WORK PERFECTLY!
I have used these for the breads I bake, and for Panettone - works just great. Bakes very evenly, paper never scorches - perfect to use as pre-wrapped gifts.

Nice and Sturdy
The molds were nice and sturdy and seemed to hold up well to baking a dense fruit cake. The cakes have to sit for a bit and be moistened with rum and wine so I hope that they will hold up for a a little bit more before they are given away as gifts.

Bleed through
for the most part I was pleased with the Basso Mold. I baked a pasta dish with some butter in it and it bled through making the bottom pretty sloppy.

Perfect!
These are perfect for my Apple Challah. It allows the dough to rise and bake evenly. I am then able to sell or give as gifts in the beautiful wrapper.
