These are great No complaints. I use mine chiefly for caramels and ganache - it works great for both and remains very supple when frozen helps with product release. Just the right size to carry on a half pan. They don't last forever - but nothing does. After many years and a lot of use the corners of the wells start to go. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth out of my first one and bought a second when the first wore out.

Caramel Heaven This was the exact size I was looking for when pouring informing caramels. But thickness of the silicone is perfect for forming the caramel as well as pliable enough for easy release.

Great Mold Worked perfect for fruit jellies. Great smooth release. It's a tad big but if you don't fill the mould to the top but about 85%, then you get perfect sized jellies.
