Pizza Peel and Stone review While I was expecting a larger peel in terms of thickness, these 2 items have been a great addition to my kitchen. The peel is very handy for things that are not even related to pizza like cake turning if the turner isn't available. The steel is great! I've been using a stone for years and this is far better for getting a better crust, also comes in handy as a cutting board and is pretty reliable if you need to throw something in the oven.

Pizza stone! I had a terrible accident with my last Eppicotispai pizza stone and I was panicking searching for another one. Bakedeco came through for me in a big way but having and getting it to me much faster than I expected. I have some ciabatta headed for that stone real soon!
