The Right Tool If you are like me and cut up fruit for juicing this is the best tool. I like its slim light profile and sharp edge. A great replacement for old one that broke.

Icel 4" paring knife Great knife with just enough flex, comfortable handle and retains edge well. I think this makes my 8th or 9th knife. Friends helping in the kitchen make comments about how nice they work, so I occasionally give them away and order more.
