O'Creme Bread Lame - Pack of 5

I purchased this bread tool to help with the dough rising process, as my restaurant has a lot of baked goods. It seems to work well and is easy to keep on hand by using the included sleeve. The blade is sharp enough for what its for and the cover keeps you from being injured accidentally.
