Great quality Just a really good proofing basket and just the right size for my applications

shaky initial performance Despite seasoning basket with flour several days before using and then placing rice flour into basket again before using I still had some sticking of dough to the basket the first time I used it. Just a word of caution. The baskets are nicely made and look good and I assume once they are seasoned again with use they will perform as desired.

Bread made easy Nice sized proofing basket for anyone who makes large loaves of bread. Wasn't sure about the brand but I don't think I could live without this now. It makes it much easier to rise my dough and get things in the oven. Totally ecstatic about the easy clean too. One of my favorite purchases of all time.
