Way too big for 1lb- wrong description
Very unhappy about my order.
These are for 2lb loaves, not 1lb.
I'm now stuck with 7 of these that I won't use.

For Bread Proofing
This basket fits the amount of dough that it promises and you don't have to worry about it sticking. Rising happens just as well as in any of our other containers. Plus this basket just plain looks nice. If we ever need another proofing basket, Im coming back.
