Perfect for sweet breads This is the second box of these bakable bread containers. I sell at outside sales and need my food covered. These containers and covers look very elegant on my tables. I wrap each load with a corresponding ribbon. That was I know at a glance what breads are on the table. One more advantage to the ribbon is the bread is ready to gift it if you choose.

Same reliable quality as last time Perfect for my family's holiday baking and distribution. Have been using these for years and by now all my fruitcake and quick bread recipes are adapted to them. Nothing ever sticks to the siliconized inside. They cope with heavy fruitcake batter (800-950 g per mold) without bulging, and the rims are easily labeled using a sharpie marker.

Novacart paper loaf pan This pan works fine to bake quick breads and presents well at farmers market. However, I wish it were a little sturdier as things like cornbread don't work well. Stiff batters are okay, more liquid batters, not as much. Also the rim would be better if it were more grease resistant.

Easy to use Baking, wrapping and selling in the same pan is a great convenience. I have the mini loaf pans and the side edges on those are easy to clean up from any spills while filling the pans.
