Brioche Mold? Ce'st Manifique! Where else can we get such great tools for the trade? I appreciate you guys over there in Brooklyn and as a Native New Yorker? I always look there first! Thanks!

I like it Brioche bun making! This is perfect for making brioche bread. It has the grooves in the pattern which make the bread light and fluffy after it rises. I've used it over a dozen times since I got it and it is still going strong. I can tell that this mold is built to last.
