Solved a major issue My other springform pans allowed too much moisture in around the crust. Even when double wrapped in foil to cook in a water bath. This pan created a nice crisp crust.

Leaks So I just ordered this, yet it leaks all of my cake batter out! I also tried to contact you guys regarding this but never heard back…. I order from here all the time and. It regrets customer service.

Used to make choc mousse cake - leaked out bottom of pan this is not a suitable pan for a baked mousse cake - unless I did something drastically wrong. It leaked all over the counter/floor as soon as I poured it in. I poured it directly into my old (non-Fat Daddio's) spring form pan and it didn't leak. will try with a cheesecake to see if it's better with more solid batter.

Misleading. Pan is 8" but the BOTTOM RIM is 10-1/8" Dia :P I bought this to use in my 8 Qt instant pot - which has a 9" ID. I figured I'd have an inch to spare - just didn't work out that way. The bottom rim of this pan adds an extra 2" - so it Won't fit in my instant pot. I got this pan as all other springform pan reviews complained about leakage - but NOT this one. Not worth shipping it back. Off to a Tag Sale, or Salvation Army.
