Good for another application
Sprouting screens are typically too short for proper sprout growing. This sifter is perfect in height and screen mesh size. Been using them to grow my sprouts for over a year now.

For sprouts
These work better for growing sprouts than the sieves designed for sprouts. Finer mesh keeps the roots loose and the higher sides gives room for growth.
