Brush bristles in my cake Used the pastry brush to grease my cake pans and noticed bristles stuck to the pans. I thought I had gotten them all out, but one of my customers sent me a picture of what she found in her cake! It was a bristle from the pastry brush!!!

Sturdy, durable and will certainly order again First time purchase of the flat pastry brush and we love it. Works great, solid, not flimsy by any means. We will certainly order more as needed.

Pastry Brushes I actually ordered two of theses pastry brushes in two different sizes, wow they are much larger than I anticipated, I've compared them to my previous brushes,and they appear to be a better quality, appear to be. I like the structure, the size and how it handles. I mostly used them when making puff pastries and, but they have many uses, will see when I actually washed my pastries with them, hopefully there will be no hairs left over from the brush. I purchased them based on the reviews.
