Wouldn't Bake Without These! I have been an avid baker for decades. I have greased pans, used parchment, listened to the debate about Silpat's preventing browning etc. My experience is that these are the best thing ever. I can bake messy calzones, delicate cookies that are hard to remove, and classic chocolate chip cookies- all have baked evenly, come off the pan liners easily and have made clean-up a simple task. I use these Silpats as non-stick work surfaces as well. Fantastic item!!!
