Just what I wanted I originally bought a 15 Chinese mat like this one as I was not sure I was going to like it instead of just using my countertop. I liked it and my daughter in college needed one too so I gifted her the Chinese mat and got myself this one. It works great - I use it for sourdough dough preparation. It is a little clumsy to wash given the size but if you fold it over it can be done in stages. And the best part is it is not made in China

Demarle Roulpat Dough Mat This is a wonderful mat to use for rolling dough. The dough doesn't stick and it is so easy to clean. I would highly recommend this mat.
