Excellent tool, Excellent Customer Service This Spinner will up your game. I've been trying to find the proper tool to do spirals and decor on tarts for ages. I tried a cake turntable meant for display, that was too slow and would stop if any pressure was put on the platform. I tried a manual turn table but was inconsistent and slow. I tried an old record player, but was unsanitary and frankly unprofessional. I work in a high end luxury resort in Honolulu and we do hundreds of desserts a day for our buffets, restaurants and banquets.. I needed a reliable quick way to make consistent professional finishes on our cakes and pastries.. solution.. the Spinner. I knew I wanted one but getting one turned out to be a challenge. I contacted Martellato and asked where I could purchase the spinner and I was contacted by BakeDeco. Rachel let me know they would soon be getting in 2 machines... she had me preorder and shipped it out as soon as she received them from the manufacturer. I had to purchase an adapter as it had a European plug, but was no problem and worked perfectly. This machine is fantastic. Thank you Martellato for making quality useful equipment and tools that continue to give me an edge in this competitive pastry world... and thank you Rachel for all your hard work and excellent customer service.
