Amazing Find I happened upon Kerekes on accident. I am not a chef or baker. Just a regular ol gal who needed some large mixing bowls at a reasonable price. Days of searching the internet finally resulted with this site. One look and I knew this was the gold mine I was searching for. The prices are amazing the shipping is incredibly fast and nothing was damaged. Its a shame I found such a great company because now Im going to be spending more money for things I may not totally need LOL. Thank you guys so much

The sticker wont come off. Shipping time was excellent I ordered on the 28th and my item arrived on the 31st. I opened my package and found the UPC sticker in the pan. The sticker is not of the type that peals off easily. Ill scrub it off. I don't like having to do that. I would suggest either a better quality sticker that peals off easily or put the UPC sticker on the bottom outside of the pan.

so HAPPY I just received my package today which arrived very quickly since it was international shipping. It was well packaged and I love the items that I purchased. I used the on-line ordering and texted questions that were answered very quickly. Some items are for me and the others for a special friend as a gift. Panettone Molds I had ordered the panettone molds not realizing that they were too big. I called and see if I could change to smaller sizes and stick on the same 12 pieces. Lisa Weber from the customer service told me the smaller do not come in smaller packages. I asked if I could return them . Lisa was so very kind polite and understanding my predicament. She said yes. She was again very kind in helping me with the Return Label. With my pleasant experience and her excellent service I would definitely shop at BakeDeco and reference it to my friends. Thank you Lisa. Very Satisfied I recently ordered a pair of flour sifters and when they arrived one of them was damaged. The screen was separated from the metal rim for about six inches. I was very discouraged because dealing with a website and doing things on line can be problematic. I was expecting a real hassle with having to repackage and ship the item back. I called the number on my invoice and was connected with Debra. I explained the situation and she asked me to send her a picture of the damage which I did. Much to my surprise I recieved a call from Debra the next day letting me know that a replacement was being shipped. No return hassle no argument just service.
