Awesome Appliance! It's easy to use, easy to clean, it's very well built and durable, and does an excellent cutting job. I've used the three additional blades (#1, 2 and 4) on various vegetables to great results, and removed the blades altogether for the garnish cut. I've been using it every other day since it was delivered and I'm really pleased with it - more so then I even expected to be. Absolutely recommend if you are in the market for a spiralizer. Only caveat - its very sharp, so clean with implements at all times, not your fingers!
