Sweet I've used my Rev Delta a few times since it arrived and so far no issues with it. I didn't give it 5 stars because the lid that came with it was not the same as pictured in the product description.

great chocolate Tempering machine Fantastic machine

Tempering made easy This machine is amazing for tempering chocolate. It takes all the work out of getting perfectly tempered chocolate. I was able to save a lot of money by re-tempering chocolate that I tried to do in a melter and it was badly bloomed.

So easy to use!! This Revolation Delta machine is by far the best machine to have if you are making chocolates. This machine capacity lets you make 3-10lbs of chocolate at one time and if you have the holey baffle it is even higher capacity. This is a great machine because it is basically a set it and let it go machine and you can get prepping done while the machine is doing all the work for you. This machine also has the extended temper cycle which is really great because you can take your time using the chocolate without worrying about it going out of temper. This is ideal for the commercial customer but if you are a home hobbyist with enough counter space for this machine then by all means this would be a great asset to have. The chocolate comes out the same as if you were to hand temper but it is way way easier with the machine and you can multitask which make you much more efficient!!
