Clean This basket has a different shape than the other proofing baskets, but is what the health inspector wanted. So it will just take some getting use to. The basket does just what it should! And cleans up well.

Quality Good, works ? Quality is good, but part of the bread sticked at the basket. tried flour, but that did not help.
