Pavoni Pavoflex PX3235 Gelato Silicone Mold

The Pavoni Pavoflex PX3235 Gelato Silicone Mold, designed by Fabrizio Fiorani, creates coordinated gelato-style desserts with separate cream and cone components for a distinctive professional presentation. The set includes two non-stick silicone molds with 11 cavities each, allowing the finished pieces to be combined into individual 4.1 oz. (120 ml) gelato portions.

The cream cavities measure 2.2" x 2.0" (55 x 52 mm), while the cone cavities measure 2.2" x 1.4" (55 x 36 mm), with each cavity holding 2.0 oz. (60 ml) and each mold measuring 11.8" x 6.9" (300 x 175 mm). Made in Italy, the molds can be cleaned with hot water and mild liquid soap and sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 150°C (302°F).
