Pavoni Pavoflex PX43105 Vanilla Bean Silicone Mold

Create elegant vanilla bean-shaped individual desserts with the Pavoni Pavoflex PX43105 Silicone Mold, designed in collaboration with Cédric Grolet. Its 10 elongated cavities feature a refined 3D shape and a non-stick silicone surface with a slick upper finish for clean release and professional presentation.

Each cavity measures 8.9" x 1.3" x 1.4" (225 x 32 x 35mm) and holds 2.7 oz. (80ml), while the overall mold measures 11.8" x 15.75" (300 x 400mm). Made in Italy, the mold can be cleaned with hot water and mild liquid soap and sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 302°F (150°C).
