Pavoni Pavoflex PX43139 North Pole Envelope Silicone Mold

The Pavoni Pavoflex PX43139 North Pole Envelope Silicone Mold, designed by Antonio Bachour, creates distinctive single-serving desserts with a detailed holiday envelope shape. Its non-stick silicone construction and smooth upper surface allow for clean release and professional presentation in mousse, frozen desserts, cakes, and other pastry applications.

The mold features 15 cavities, each measuring 3.2" x 2.1" x 1.3" (81 x 53 x 32 mm) with a 4.1 oz. (120 ml) capacity, and the overall mold measures 11.8" x 15.75" (300 x 400 mm). Made in Italy, it can be cleaned with hot water and mild liquid soap and sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 150°C (302°F).
