Pavoni Pavoflex PX43141 Teddy Love Silicone Mold

The Pavoni Pavoflex PX43141 Teddy Love Silicone Mold, designed by Emmanuele Forcone, creates charming single-serving teddy bear desserts that pair together to form a heart. Its non-stick silicone construction and smooth upper surface allow for clean release and detailed presentation in mousse, frozen desserts, cakes, and other professional pastry applications.

The mold features 18 cavities, with 9 of each teddy design, and each cavity measures 3.4" x 2.4" x 3.0" (86 x 60 x 77 mm) with a 6.8 oz. (200 ml) capacity. Made in Italy, the 11.8" x 15.75" (300 x 400 mm) mold can be cleaned with hot water and mild liquid soap and sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 150°C (302°F).
