The Pavoni Pavoflex PX43143 Tiramisu Cups Silicone Mold, designed by Paolo Griffa, creates elegant cup-shaped single-serving desserts with a refined presentation inspired by classic tiramisù. Its non-stick silicone construction and smooth upper surface allow for clean release in mousse, frozen desserts, cakes, and other professional pastry applications.

The mold features 12 cavities, each measuring 3.5" x 2.8" x 1.7" (88 x 72 x 43 mm) with a 4.7 oz. (140 ml) capacity, and the overall mold measures 11.8" x 15.75" (300 x 400 mm). Made in Italy, it can be cleaned with hot water and mild liquid soap and sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 150°C (302°F).
