Pavoni Pavoflex PX43146 Fig Silicone Mold

Create realistic fig-shaped individual desserts with the Pavoni Pavoflex PX43146 Fig Silicone Mold, designed in collaboration with Emmanuele Forcone. Its 15 cavities produce detailed 3D portions, while the non-stick silicone construction and slick upper surface help provide clean release and a refined, professional finish.

Each cavity measures 2.6" x 2.5" (65 x 63mm) and holds 4.1 oz. (120ml), while the overall mold measures 11.8" x 15.75" (300 x 400mm). Made in Italy, the mold can be cleaned with hot water and mild liquid soap and sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 302°F (150°C).
