Pavoni Pavoflex PX43147 Blueberry Silicone Mold

Create realistic blueberry-shaped individual desserts with the Pavoni Pavoflex PX43147 Blueberry Silicone Mold, designed in collaboration with Fabrizio Fiorani. Its 15 cavities create detailed 3D portions, while the non-stick silicone construction and slick upper surface help provide clean release and a professional finish.

Each cavity measures 2.6" in diameter x 2.1" high (67mm x 53mm) and holds 4.4 oz. (130ml), while the overall mold measures 11.8" x 15.75" (300 x 400mm). Made in Italy, the mold can be cleaned with hot water and mild liquid soap and sanitized in the oven for two minutes at 302°F (150°C).
