Almost Perfect!
This is worth the price. I'll start off saying that.
What isn't perfect about these molds is the edges don't hold their form so your two eclairs on each side of the mold end up blowing out on those sides every time because of how the silicone sags during the bake. I'm going straight 375F deck hearth oven - on parchment and aluminum sheet pans - steam for 15 seconds at the beginning.
The size is excellent if you pipe end to end in the cavities - the eclairs will roll around however if you don't anchor their butts down with a sticky filling as the bottoms take on the contour of the silicone - which is super tidy.
The molds have some imperfections from casting - some of them have a bit of wiggle and are not straight.
All in all - solid tool, imperfect but a huge step up from piping on regular silpain or parchment!

dough sticks to it
I bought this because I was struggling to make my eclair shell straight and uniform. This mat helped me to overcome these two issues BUT the dough sticks to it. So you have to peel off each choux really carefully. They still stick to this mat. The same dough I bake on Silpat does not stick.
If you bake with these mats without make them too fat, the choux fit nicely to the paper liner I got from this site. Overall, it's a good product, especially for someone like me who is trying to perfect eclair.
