New Equipment

New equipment is under warranty by manufacturer. Customer must contact manufacturer directly.

We will assist you with warranty procedures, providing telephone numbers for service companies and or, manufacturer numbers.


Used Equipment

At Kerekes/BakeDeco, we are proud to buy and sell used equipment. Our in-house specialists repair and restore appliances and equipment to like-new condition, and all used equipment is put through a rigorous testing and quality assurance process to ensure that it meets our high standards. Because of our confidence in our process and used equipment specialists, we offer a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

 

Used Equipment Warranty Specifications

We offer a 90-day warranty, effective from the delivery date. Our warranty covers defective parts, as well as equipment malfunctions.

If you experience a problem during the warranty period, simply get in touch with us by emailing [email protected] or by calling 718-232-7044. We’ll arrange to have the item repaired or replaced, so long as a comparable item is available. If a repair is not possible and no replacement is available, we guarantee a full refund of your purchase price, as well as the cost of return shipping to our location.

Warranties will only be in effect if the equipment is properly installed by either a licensed electrician, or a licensed plumber. Gas equipment must be properly calibrated by the installer.

Calibration is not part of warranty coverage.  Incorrect connection of equipment (electric or gas), voids warranty of equipment.

Equipment with Three Phase electric must be properly installed to ensure that equipment runs correctly (in the right direction).
