Remove handle/smart blade & insert bagel into base; center handle over base
& push down.

The Commercial Bagel Biter is the fast, safe and easy way to slice bagels.
Features a cradle that holds the bagel, while two clear acrylic safety shields
keep fingers away from the patented bagel piercing blade. It's so fast it can
slice as many as 24 bagels in one minute. Lift the handle (which includes the
blade and safety shields). Place a bagel in the cradle and place the blade
handle unit over the cradle and push down with a rapid motion and remove the
perfectly sliced bagel. The blade is coated for smooth slicing and durability.
