This
speedy form marzipan
production mold includes:
- 1 speedy form mold
- 1 tray
- 1 small plastic
cutter
-
1 big
plastic cutter
Prepare
one marzipan sheet about 2
mm thick. Cut the marzipan
with the larger of the two
plastic cutters provided,
and place each cut-out piece in one cavity,
pressing the marzipan
in to fill the cavity's shape. For best
results, sprinkle castor
sugar on the mold before
filling.

Fill the
empty shapes with creme,
mousse, bavarois, etc...

Using the smaller of the two
plastic cutters provided, cut out a piece of marzipan and place it on top of each filled-in cavity.

Place the
tray on the speedy-form mold, press down, and remove the tray.

Invert the
mold to remove the forms.

Again with the smaller plastic cutter, cut off any
excess marzipan that may
have gathered around each
form.
