The ingenious design of this pan (known to some as a "Swedish pan") promotes even more circulation than the tiny holes alone would give: The edge is rolled. Immediately after that rolled edge, the pan is depressed, the depression running around the pan along with the edge. The depression is followed by a rise, that higher-level surface covering the major part of the pan. That "embossed rib" keeps the pan above the surface it's resting on. 16-gauge aluminum, .081" diameter perforations. This item matches Chicago Metallic's unlgazed perforated baking sheet # 44801, shown here below.
