Siltray® Fluted Baguette Tray. Overall dimensions 18" x 26"
This flexible fluted tray of fiberglass and silicone is especially effective for proofing and
baking frozen dough. Its particular structure prevents the dough from sticking to the fibers
during defreezing and proofing. The flutes naturally remain stable on the frame, without the
need to be stapled onto it. The tray is light to handle. The flutes of the tray will not lose
their shape over time, allowing you to always bake perfectly rounded baguettes. Should the
flutes wear out, you can just replace the mesh liner insert. Coated with several layers of high-quality
silicone, the Siltray® provides better results and a longer life.Please note that there is no free shipping on this item.
