Although this mold is made of soft Flex & Bake™ silicone, chocolate castings need to be handled with care. (Tease the mold away from the casting before completely de-molding.) Otherwise, this mold works great in sugar, pastillage, gum paste and fondant.
Made of food contact safe silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 450º F / 232° C.
