Simply the best natural metal pan I have used in 40 years of professional culinary arts. I have used many brands but the de Boyer (pronounced boy yea people) is hands down superior. Seen reviews of the handle getting hot. The handle is not rolled metal but solid. I love that. Will be getting more of these for sure.

Finally a great pan!
Tried to make good omelets for years (age 71) and this pan, once seasoned is the answer. Less sticking than non-stick cookware. I finally can make the perfect omelet. No one cleans this pan but me with water and a coarse brush.
