Pan for a lifetime of service These pans are simply fantastic. Lighter than cast iron and stable on the cook top. Initial seasoning was easy but because of the smooth surface is also easier to scratch than an newly seasoned cast iron pan. Continue to fry in this pan and the carbon will build up just fine.

I like this pan so much I plan to purchase another one to replace my old anodized aluminum pans of the same size.

Best Pan Ever! After a good seasoning, this pan cooks up eggs like a dream. Better than any non-stick pan I have ever used.

Great value Simply the best natural metal pan I have used in 40 years of professional culinary arts.
I have used many brands but the de Boyer (pronounced boy yea people) is hands down superior. Seen reviews of the handle getting hot. The handle is not rolled metal but solid. I love that. Will be getting more of these for sure.
