This pan is awsome! I love this pan; it's one the best I've ever had. It's not too heavy and it's not too light. I'm still developing the seasoning, but so far it's great.

Pan for a lifetime of service These pans are simply fantastic. Lighter than cast iron and stable on the cook top. Initial seasoning was easy but because of the smooth surface is also easier to scratch than an newly seasoned cast iron pan. Continue to fry in this pan and the carbon will build up just fine.

I like this pan so much I plan to purchase another one to replace my old anodized aluminum pans of the same size.
