Rehrücken Mold    Moravian Loaf Pan      Ribbed Cake Pan

This  specially designed nonstick steel baking pan is used to shape the classic Austrian “mock saddle of venison” cake. It looks like a long loaf pan that is curved in a half-moon shape and has evenly spaced grooves across the width. This pan has a groove down the center to represent the bone of the saddle of venison. The cake is recognized by the classic curved, ridged shape that it takes from the pan.

This rehrucken mold measures on the top inside 11-3/4" in length and 4-1/4" in width. It is 1-7/8" deep. Black non-stick coating inside and outside.
