Purchased this fry pan to replace my old non-stick skillet.The quality of this de-buyer carbon steel fry pan is excellent and will last a life time just like my cast iron skillet but not as heavy. very impressed so far with it's performance. This is a great little tool. You have to be careful not to cut too deeply or the center rises too high. A guide to prevent this happening would make it perfect.
