Primitive construction
The first impression I got was that the sieve is not as well built as the pictures and the price would suggest. I was expecting high European quality, such as a more substantial frame not a thin one that is stapled together in an early 19 century way. You can get one made the same way for 10 or 15 dollars in China town.
