I have a knife rental bis,use this machine every week for the last 20 years,works all the time,never replaced anything on this machine in 20 yrs.sharpens knife after knife after knife,with no problems..worth every penny. it does scratch the sides of the knife,mexicans don't care,they just want to know if knife is sharp.
