I ordered these along with the TOR135 to make fillings and tops for desserts. Havent had a chance to use them much but from what I have experienced, they work as well as could be expected. The mold is easy to use for your filling. No issue when taking it out to add to your final dessert. Definitely a big help in the kitchen. Id buy again.
