Not Just for Baking!! I work in electronics manufacturing, and we use this sort of rack for transporting products that we are assembling. It would work for many industrial application. I chose this rack because it looked more sturdy than the typical aluminum racks that we use for most product. It arrived and was easy to assemble, though I had some extra parts that were not shown on the instructions. It was as sturdy as it appeared and it will meet my needs. For improvements, I suggest putting an official weight rating on the website.
