Amazing stuff A little harder to work with than I imagined, but made pretty nice waves for my daughter's moana cake.

First time using Isomalt nibs I was making a mowana cake for my 3 year old granddaughter and there were instructions to make waves using the isomalt nibs. I had never heard of them before and after looking locally for them, and not being successful I ordered them from Kerekes. They arrived promptly - the day I needed them. It was real easy working with them and my granddaughter was so happy with the cake and loved eating the waves.

Great price! This is a really dark, deep, royal blue. I melt them with no problem at all. The biggest reason for my review is because I wanted to mention the excellent price. I couldn't ask for a better deal. Thank you!
