Again,, the pans are wonderful, but no matter how much spray I put into them,, the cakes are reluctant to come out. I'll try parchment paper in the bottom the next time.

I really love the product. Perfectly round when they come out. My only difficulty was getting them out of the pan. I would welcome any hints.
