Takes Practice, but maybe never perfect
Let me be clear, I have not tried a different brand, so I don’t have a comparison. It took me several attempts to get the dough perfect for the machine to work. The instructions said to use the potato recipe which came wayyyyy too soft. It just gummed up in the machine. After adding more flour, then more flour, then more flour, it finally worked. I achieved a truly tasteless pasta that was a lot smaller than I expected - definitely smaller than any store brand. Yep, that was cleaned and put in my closet - probably never to be used again.
