The Berkel Bread Slicer effortlessly slices both soft and hard-crusted loaves with reliable consistency. It accommodates a variety of loaf sizes and offers several pre-set slice thickness options. Designed to save space, this compact unit is easy to use; just place a loaf inside and lift the operator lever to start the slicing process. The machine gently cuts each slice from the top using smooth, back-and-forth blade motion.
It also includes a convenient front-mounted bagging trough and a removable scrap pan for easy cleanup. The blades are made from a durable, heat-treated alloy steel and can be replaced individually.
