DeBuyer 6230-16 Copper Saute Pan with Long Handle - 1.05 Quarts
This copper saute pan has a special innovative ferro-magnetic bottom which makes this saute pan perfect for induction. This pan is 90-Percent copper and 10-Percent stainless steel with a mirror polish finish. The handle is riveted ergonomic and made of cast stainless steel which stays cool. The pan is 2mm thick copper stainless steel. It is great for fast browning and sautéing. The straight low edges ensure good evaporation of humidity and excellent caramelization.
