Our DUOGLIDE® 8” All-Purpose Chef’s Knife may not look like traditional chef’s knives, but this is exactly why it is better. The unique design allows for improved versatility and ease of use. This knife can be used to dice, mince, and chop ergonomically—to prevent hand fatigue. The positioning of the handle and blade encourages the user to place one hand over the cut to greatly increase control and improve results. The curved design of the blade means that it can easily rock back and forth for quick dicing and mincing.
