FAQ
Are the Legs Removable for Storage?
Hello Kessy,
Yes the Legs are removable from the table, they're simple dowels that go in and out.
Tip: Make sure that you don't lose them! :)

   Pasta Drying Racks
These work quite well very happy I bought them. Only downside might be their size so you need room to store them which I have. A really great tool.

   First Use
I am being asked to provide a review, but I have only used the product once. I will, therefore, review the cost, ordering, delivery, and first use.
The cost, compared to the same product offered on Amazon.com, was significantly (but not considerably) cheaper. I verified that it was the same product.
Cost grade: A
The ordering process was not as easy for me as Amazon.com, since I had to create an account. The cost savings alone was not reason enough for me to create an account, but having perused the site, I found many items an amateur chef would love to have at reasonable prices. So I went ahead with the account creation and order. After creating my account (which was very easy), ordering was simple. I even had to remove something from my cart, and this went smoothly. I am confident that reordering will be just as easy as using Amazon.com, where I am a Prime member, and use often. BakeDeco will become my go to place for kitchen supplies.
Account creation and ordering process grade: A
My product arrived within an acceptable time frame, comparable to anything I've ever ordered through Amazon.com.
Shipping and Delivery grade: A
My first use was making noodles for Chicken Soup. I have previously made noodles and left them to dry on my floured work surface. I had to flip each noodle over at some point to ensure both sides were no longer sticky and dried enough to either store for a few days, or cook. This of course is a tedious process. I bought three of the drying racks, and I'm glad I did so. My usual pasta recipe (350g pasta flour mix, 3 eggs and one egg yolk) makes a nearly softball sized ball of dough -- enough pasta to require all three racks. The noodles dried without my having to flip them, which was such a relief.
Fist time use: A+
My only complaint, if you can call it that, is how to store the racks. I pounded the pegs (feet) into the holes and they fit snug to tight. This is good! However, I don't want to remove them and have to reattach them for each use, since doing so will eventually widen the holes. This presents me with a storage problem since the fully assembled 3-level rack takes up a lot of space. I don't have a solution to this "problem". It doesn't bother me, and I doubt it will be a bother to you either. I suppose there are devices out there that are collapsible, but I haven't seen them, and I'm sure they're more expensive. I can easily store each rack individually (the three of them just rest on each other -- they are not attached as the feet are), so we'll see. I will update this review after using the racks for ravioli next week.
Ease of storage grade: B
