Martellato Purple Velvet Silk Spray

Martellato Purple Velvet Silk Spray is designed to give your creations a refined, velvety finish with rich color intensity. Its advanced oil-based formula adds a sophisticated texture and elegant appearance to frozen desserts, mousses, parfaits, and chocolate.

Perfect for professional pastry chefs, this spray delivers consistent, flawless coverage on cold or frozen surfaces. Simply shake well before use and enjoy a stunning decorative effect that enhances both presentation and visual appeal.

User instruction: Keep the product at room temperature. Shake well before use until you hear the sphere inside move freely. If the product has solidified, heat the can well in hot water at a maximum temperature of 95°F (35 °C). Spray a homogeneous layer of product on the cold surface to be treated from a distance of about 20-25 cm. After use, turn the spray can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the actuator. Clean the nozzle with hot water or after using the product, or if it does not spray evenly.

The recommended setting time before consumption is 1 hour.
Do not store at temperatures above 120°F (50 °C).
Storage: Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 122°F (50 °C).
