Nemco Easy Chopper 3

What's the same as in Easy Chopper 2:
1. Choice of 4 different square-cut sizes (1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and 1 inch)
2. Choice of 3 different slice thicknesses (1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch)
3. 4-1/4 inch cutting area on blade assembly
4. Choice of 6- or 8-section wedger blade (available as accessory and sold separately)

What's new:
1. Push block color coded according to cut size of matching blade set
2. Blade assembly color coded (by an insert in two corners of the assembly) to match the color of its push-block
3. A gasket-like cleaning grid that fits in the crevices between the teeth of the push block. Place the cleaning grid in the push block prior to chopping, and keep in the grid until chopping is finished. A single lifting out the grid by its tabs removes the food remnants. This gasket-like grid is also color coded.
4. A base that's tall and wide enough to slide a 2-qt round food pan--or 6-inch-high food pan in third or sixth size--underneath

Also reducing damage is the the Easy Chopper 3's push-block material. This nylon-based-resin is an upgrade from Easy Choppers 1 and 2.

Not limited to vegetables, Easy Chopper 3 also cuts herbs and cooked meat.
