Good product with unfortunate quality control issue. Product is exactly what we need but the grub-screw on one of the blade hubs was bound up with aluminum. This is a common problem when you put steel or stainless steel grub-screws in to an aluminum thread and the company should lubricate the screws with a food safe lubricant and check for it before shipping.
